Microsoft Exchange E-Mail

♦  Read and Delete, if an e-mail will not be referenced in the future.

♦  Quick and easy housekeeping!!  On a regular basis empty your Deleted Items folder.  Right click on it and choose Empty Deleted Items Folder.

♦  Look at what is really in your Inbox~~~~

1.     Click on the Size category at the top to sort by Size.  For the greatest and fastest impact, delete unnecessary files starting with the largest file size.  (Typically those with picture attachments…..)

2.    Click on the From category at the top to sort by Sender.  Easy to rid your Inbox of specific “Senders”!

3.     Click on the Received category at the top to sort by Date.  Just start at the bottom and delete oldest first.

H:\ or I:\Shared Directories

♦  If you no longer access Pegasus Mail and anticipate no further need to access its contents, delete the PMail folder in your H:\ Directory.
