And We Were Splishin and a Splashin...

Great times were had by all at our annual Water Play Day! The parents and the kids enjoyed a beautiful late summer morning to 'test the water'. Kids splashed at the water table, 'painted' the sidewalk with paint brushes and buckets of water, ran through the wild sprinkler and cooled off in the kiddie pools. The kids even sprayed the butterfly garden with squirt bottles (and maybe a few unsuspecting adults as well). It was a terrific time to learn about the properties of water (it dries fast on cement! Oops...too much, it's running over! Look! It sparkles when the water sprays in the air!) while staying cool in the process! Check out our slideshow! Splishin and a Splashin...
