When they're made of candy!

5th and 6th grade students at St. George have been learning about life science. To learn about cells and the jobs of the organelles within cells, students constructed edible cells using candy! Sticky frosting cytoplasm held all of the cell parts (like the gummy Life Saver nuclei) in place. Check out our slide show for more fun pictures!
