Welcome to Music Class!

Music teaches you to read, sing, play an instrument, learn a foreign language, decode fractions, pattern, and much more - music stretches your brain and helps you learn!

About me:  This is my 14th year at St. George Elementary and over 30 years of teaching in KS public schools. My husband and I have two grown children and two beautiful grandchildren, and a new daughter-in-law!

Music Memory:  This is a music listening curriculum which teaches the students 16 pieces of music from most of the stylistic periods. We are looking forward to the new pieces we will learn in the 07-08 school year.

We will be starting our new curriculum soon!

 Honor Choir Auditions

Honor Choir auditions are this week. (Aug.18th-22nd)  Try to get in before school, after school, between 9:15 and 10:30, 12:20-12:30, or 3:20-3:30.

Honor Choir will begin 

Thursday, August 28th.

We will be rehearsing from 3:30-4:30 every Thursday unless there is no school
