Welcome to St. George Elementary. This is my 16th year as principal of SGES and 32 years in education. I have an AA degree from Cloud County Community College in 1973, BME from Pittsburg State College in 1975, MM from Holy Names College in Oakland, CA in 1981 and a MS degree in administration from Kansas State University in 1985.
I taught music for ten years at various grade levels. For two years I was a half-time principal/teacher and then 5 years as full-time principal prior to my job at SGES.
Many people may not know that I'm a graduate of this school district. I graduated from Westmoreland High School in 1971, not to be confused with the Debbie Edwards that graduated from St. George High School in 1972!
Please come and visit the school at any time. Visitors and volunteers need to check in at the office and get a pass. Help keep our building safe!
