About your teacher.........
Mrs. Miller, PE Teacher
I have been teaching P.E. at St. George Elementary for 28 years. I also coach Cross Country and Junior High Track at Rock Creek. I love my job because I love working with children of all ages, and see them move, be active, smile, learn new skills, laugh, excel, and push themselves harder than they thought possible. I enjoy staying active too, morning workouts and playing with my dogs Mack and Titus. I enjoy and have run various races: 2 mile, 5k, 10k, 10 mile, three 1/2 Marathons, a full Marathon and the Warrior Dash 5 times. I was selected as the Kansas JRFH/HFH Coordinator of the Year in 2016 and also national recognition at the SHAPE AMERICA Convention. I live in St. George with my husband Shawn. My son Ryan graduated from K-State last spring.
